As a Registered Provisional Psychologist, I offer confidential, evidence-based psychological services to support individuals and couples in navigating emotional, behavioural, and relational challenges. Working under the supervision of a registered psychologist, my practice focuses on the following areas:
• Addiction and Recovery: I support individuals in understanding and overcoming problematic substance use and addictive behaviours, exploring underlying emotional patterns, and building sustainable recovery practices.
• Men’s Mental Health and Identity: I work with men who are exploring what it means to develop a healthy, secure, and emotionally connected sense of masculinity. This may involve navigating life transitions, emotional expression, relationships, or healing from past wounds.
• Couples Therapy: I help couples improve communication, resolve conflict, and strengthen emotional intimacy through collaborative and compassionate approaches to relationship challenges.
• General Mental Health Support: I also work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and identity-related concerns, using an integrative approach tailored to each individual’s goals.

My approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and rooted in collaboration. All services are provided in alignment with the College of Alberta Psychologists’ Standards of Practice and ethical guidelines. As a provisional psychologist, I receive ongoing supervision to ensure the highest quality of care.

When we face challenges in life, it’s easy to get stuck in unhelpful patterns, and it can quickly become exhausting to try to manage it all on your own. Whether it’s ADHD, substance use, relationship issues, trauma, or mood struggles, you want relief—more control, healthier coping skills, and deeper connections. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, make sense of your experiences, and build a more balanced, fulfilling life.

I believe healing happens in a collaborative, supportive space where you feel truly seen and heard. My approach is integrative, meaning I tailor therapy to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based modalities. You bring your experiences, strengths, and goals—I bring a compassionate, nonjudgmental presence and the tools to help you move forward.

Change is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone—I invite you to reach out when you’re ready.
